RESIN ANCHORS

Chemical & Resin Anchors

Chemical anchors use a liquid adhesive resin that cures inside the hole to fuse the threaded stud or socket directly to the base material.

  • Injection Resin Systems: A two-part resin cartridge (epoxy or polyester) dispensed through a mixing nozzle into the hole before inserting a threaded rod. They create a completely stress-free bond, making them ideal for weak masonry, edge-distance installations, and seismic loading.
  • Resin Anchor Capsules: Pre-measured glass vials filled with resin and hardener. The capsule is placed inside the drilled hole and broken by spinning a threaded stud into it using a rotary hammer drill, mixing the chemicals instantly.
