Cut precisely from premium KLINGER Graphite Laminated Sheeting, these gaskets feature a pure, glueless exfoliated graphite structure mechanically bonded to a 0.1mm thick tanged stainless steel 316 insert.

Designed as an Inside Bolt Circle (IBC) profile, this ring gasket rests entirely within the flange bolts on the raised sealing face.

The localised surface area ensures that the bolt clamping load is heavily concentrated, compressing the tanged graphite matrix directly into the flange faces to achieve a high-performance, blow-out resistant seal.

Key Feature Breakdown:

  • Mechanically Bonded Tanged 316 Core: The 0.1mm perforated stainless steel insert contains no resins, glues, or organic binders. This configuration prevents the matrix from burning out or degrading at elevated temperatures.
  • High-Load IBC Concentrated Seal: By sitting inside the bolt circle, the gasket capitalizes on maximum gasket stress under lower torque loads, sealing micro-imperfections on worn flange surfaces.
  • 3xA Anti-Stick Finish: Features KLINGER's specialized surface coating that prevents the graphite from fusing to the flange face. This feature allows for exceptionally clean, fast removal during routine turnarounds.
  • Extreme Service Ratings: Operates continuously at temperatures up to 450°C (842°F) and handles system pressures up to 150 bar. It is officially certified Fire Safe to API 6FB.
