Our EPDM IBC gaskets offer outstanding weather, ozone, and water resistance for standard raised-face flanges.

Short for Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer, EPDM is a highly resilient synthetic rubber that maintains its elasticity under constant mechanical stress.

Because these gaskets sit entirely inside the bolt circle, the flange's bolt load is tightly concentrated onto a smaller surface area.

This achieves a highly compressed, leak-proof seal even under low to moderate bolt torque, making it an excellent choice for utility piping and outdoor water lines.

Key Feature Breakdown:

  • Drop-In IBC Profile: Sized to fit perfectly on the raised face of the flange. The ring design allows for fast, efficient installation without removing all the flange bolts completely.
  • Exceptional Environmental Resistance: Highly resistant to UV exposure, ozone degradation, weathering, and aging. It is ideal for exposed, outdoor piping systems.
  • Broad Temperature Range: Maintains flexibility and sealing integrity from -40°C to +120°C, handling thermal cycling without becoming brittle.
  • Chemical Compatibility: Excellent resistance to hot and cold water, steam, ketones, diluted acids, and alkalis. (Note: Not suitable for petroleum, oils, or fuels).
