Designed for standard industrial applications, our general-purpose non-asbestos IBC gaskets (also known as ring gaskets or raised-face gaskets) offer a reliable, cost-effective sealing solution.

Cut from premium synthetic fibre sheets bound with high-quality elastomers (like NBR or EPDM), these gaskets sit completely inside the flange bolt circle.

Because they focus all of the bolt clamping load directly onto the raised sealing face of the flange, they achieve a tight, secure seal with lower torque requirements, making them the default choice for everyday utility piping.

Key Feature Breakdown:

  • Inside Bolt Circle (IBC): The gasket ring drops directly inside the bolt circle, resting flat against the raised face. This profile allows for incredibly fast drop-in installation without needing to completely disassemble the flange bolts.
  • Optimised Sealing Pressure: Because the surface area is smaller than a full-face gasket, the bolt load is highly concentrated. This results in superior surface compression and excellent gas-tight sealing performance.
  • Premium Non-Asbestos Materials: Formulated from aramid fibres, inorganic fillers, and specialized rubbers. They provide excellent resistance to water, low-pressure steam, oils, fuels, and mild chemicals.
  • Wide Compatibility: Perfectly sized to comply with standard ASME B16.21 dimensions for Class 150 and Class 300 flanges.
