CARBON STEEL BS1965 SERIES

BS 1965 fittings are British Standard butt-welding pipe fittings for pressure purposes, this standard has been formally withdrawn and superseded by BS EN 10253.

Although the standard is withdrawn, suppliers still offer products manufactured to these dimensions, often dual-certified to the superseding EN 10253 standard. 

These are manufactured in medium and heavy wall and the fittings are usually supplied without any varnish or paint coating.
